We ship orders Monday - Friday. Any orders placed before 11am will be shipped the same day, after this time they will be shipped the next working day. We ship all orders via Royal Mail - there is the option of:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days from dispatch)

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2  working days from dispatch)

International orders are shipped within 3 days of purchase. These are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Returns

We hope you love your order, however if something isn't quite right, please read instructions below for next steps.

If you would like to return or exchange an item please email shopfromfern@gmail.com and we will provide you with the returns form and address. 

​Please note orders placed in any sale are only available to return for store credit.

​Any returns or exchanges must be sent back to us in the same condition you received them in, unworn and unwashed with tags on, and including the returns form inside the package. The customer is responsible for the return postage cost. Once we receive back the item, we will process your refund, or the exchange will be sent out to the same address as the original order. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to get back to you.​​​
