If you would like to exchange an item please email shopfromfern@gmail.com and we will provide you with the exchange form and address. 

​Please note orders placed in any sale are only available to return for store credit.

​Any exchanges must be sent back to us in the same condition you received them in, unworn and unwashed with tags on, and including the returns form inside the package. The customer is responsible for the return postage cost, but we will cover the cost of sending out the exchange item. The new item will only be sent to you once we have recieved back the item you are returning.
